You also agree that Loose Parts is not responsible and will have no liability to you for any material posted by others and the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with you.
Returns & Refunds.
Loose Parts does not accept unauthorized returned items. Please see our Returns Policy for details on returning items.
Product Descriptions & Photos.
Loose Parts does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on loose.parts is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colors included on our site or in product photos will be accurate. We also cannot guarantee that the finish of the wood, leather, or other materials will be exactly as pictured. Naturally occurring characteristics in these materials are not viewed as damages or defects. If a product offered by Loose Parts if not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition according to the Returns Policy.
Pricing.
The listed prices for products cannot be confirmed until you order. If an item is mispriced and the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, contract you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Loose Parts reserves the right to make changes to pricing without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you.
Terms of Sale.
By placing an order with Loose Parts, you are (a) offering to purchase a product, (b) representing that you are over 18 years of age, and (c) representing that all information provided in connection with the sale is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. We reserve the right to reject any request or order made by you.
Offers & Promotions.
Loose Parts may from time to time and in its sole discretion make available special offers to its customers and promotional codes that provide an opportunity for customers to receive store credits, coupons, prizes, or benefits. You agree that Promo Codes: (a) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (b) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public, unless expressly permitted by Loose Parts; (c) may be disabled by Loose Parts at any time for any reason without liability to Loose Parts; (d) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Loose Parts establish for such Promo Code; (e) are not valid for cash; and (f) may expire prior to your use. Deliveries.
Delivery timeframes set by Loose Parts are estimates and dependent on many factors beyond our control, including production delays, shipping delays, and forces of nature. Loose Parts will not be liable for deliveries going beyond the estimated timeframe.

Termination.

Force Majeure.
Loose Parts will not be responsible for the delay, failure to provide services or products, or unavailability of this website for any reasons beyond our control, including internet failures, equipment failures, power failures, strikes, and natural disasters.
Severability.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Applicable Law.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of and your purchase of products through loose.parts. Any violation of these Terms will be governed by the laws of New York without regard to any conflict of law provisions of your residence or physical location. At our discretion, we may report any violations relating to these Terms to the appropriate authorities. You and Loose Parts agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
